Amos Tranque is a Spanish born conceptual menswear and textile designer. Upon his graduation from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy (Amsterdam) in 2011, he participated in various exhibitions around Holland. In 2013, he had the opportunity to relocate to South Africa. Amos is continuously conceptualizing the essence of his works, mainly inspired by disciplines such as science, psychology, and philosophy.
Afrikan Swiss – SA Fashion Week
Lead designer Thato Mafubelu received an advanced certificate in fashion design at Sew Africa, before working at Woolworths as a Visual Merchandiser. 2006 saw the establishment of the brand, the first genuine local denim brand in the division of global apparel market. In 2010 Thato joined the House of Olé team as a designer and operations manager. Thato started focusing solely on pursuing his own brand, Afrikanswiss, in November 2012, where he assumed the role of head designer and creative director. This is the first time Afrikanswiss is showcasing on the SA Fashion Week platform.

Adam & Eve – SA Fashion Week
Adam&eve is a Cape Town based ready-to-wear designer label. The adam&eve design aesthetic is based around a structured femininity, embodying the balance between fun and sophistication. The label aims to make South African fashion not only accessible, but preferable. Founded in 2006 by Kim Cupido, Paula dos Santos, Alistair Luke and Faatimah Mohamed, adam&eve has grown into a well-recognized brand currently supplying stockists in 5 provinces. This is the brands first time showing at SA Fashion Week.
